Hosting & upkeep for a custom build you already own
A product admin (add and edit products, prices, and photos) is built only when the site needs it, usually a shop. A simple site that rarely changes does not include one. Monthly care does not build that admin.
Light text or photo updates are included on Pro. Bigger changes, new pages, or new features are a separate quote — they are not included in monthly care. An app that stores a large history, like weather logs or big files, needs its own database and is quoted on top of care. Ordinary page views are not that.
Leaving later? Transfer is $199. That covers exporting the site and data, DNS, and moving it onto their accounts or over to another developer.
