Necessary / operational data
We process data needed to run the site and fulfill requests you make: consent preferences, security and rate-limiting signals, and information you submit in a quote or checkout (name, email, project details). That transactional data is not “optional analytics.”
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect first-party events (for example page views and quote-step funnel) to improve Layka. These use anonymous/session identifiers — not your email. You can choose Necessary only and we will not run that tracking.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe on their hosted checkout. We do not store full card numbers on Layka servers.
Terms & Conditions
A full Terms of Service is coming next as part of our legal proofing pass. Until then, contacting us or starting a paid quote means you agree we may process the information needed to deliver that service.
