1. Who is responsible

Layka Studio (“Layka,” “we”) at 2118 Santa Clara St., Laredo, TX, USA. Email: operations@laykastudio.com. This policy applies to laykastudio.com and related services we operate.

2. Information we collect

• You give us: name, email, phone, business details, project brief, reference URLs, and messages (quotes, organization inquiries, account signup).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We store payment status, amounts, and Stripe identifiers needed to fulfill the order.
• Account data: login credentials (stored via our auth provider), linked quotes, and project/billing status in your portal.
• First-party analytics (opt-out): page views, quote-funnel steps, anonymous/session IDs, and basic referrer/campaign signals—so we can see traffic and growth. Not your email in the analytics stream.
• Client website traffic (if purchased): when a paid site includes traffic features, that site’s traffic data is the client’s business data. We use it only to run and support the product.
• Technical logs: security, rate-limiting, and delivery logs (for example email delivery via Resend).

3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel as Layka’s primary analytics.

• Respond to quotes and deliver projects
• Process payments and send invoices/receipts
• Operate accounts, care plans, and support
• Understand site traffic and year-to-date growth (aggregate first-party analytics)
• Secure the service and prevent abuse
• Meet basic legal/accounting needs

4. Processors we use

We use trusted vendors to run the product, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). They process data under their terms to provide those services to us.

See our Cookie notice. Analytics cookies are on by default; choose “Necessary only” to opt out of analytics.

6. How long we keep data

Quote, payment, and project records are kept as long as needed to deliver work, support you, and meet accounting/legal needs. Analytics cookies last up to about 180 days (or longer for anonymous IDs as described on the Cookies page) unless you clear them or opt out. You can ask us to delete a quote inquiry that never became a paid project.

7. Sharing

We share data with processors above, and if required by law, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal data.

8. Your choices

• Opt out of analytics via the cookie banner (“Necessary only”)
• Email operations@laykastudio.com to access, correct, or ask us to delete personal data we hold, subject to legal retention needs
• Close your account by contacting us (we may retain billing records)

9. Children

Layka is a business service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International visitors

We operate from Texas, USA. If you contact us from another state or country (including Mexico), your information may be processed in the United States.
